About the role
- Partner and collaborate with engineering managers, business analysts, architects, quality assurance, business partners, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements and architectural designs into engineering components
- Involved throughout the entire development life cycle of a product and must deliver an efficient solution
- Write and execute unit tests, conduct code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and stability of digital solutions
- Leverage advanced programming skills to design and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code efficiency
- Integrate various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability
- Participate in SAFe agile methodologies, attend meetings, and contribute to project planning and progress tracking
- Explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve digital solutions and drive innovation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, and code documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience in building enterprise/web/cloud applications
- 2+ years of experience in programming languages using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot and Spring MVC
- 2+ years of experience working in React JS OR Angular UI applications
- 2+ years of experience with building APIs and services using REST
- 2+ years of experience working with DevOps tools/processes for CICD (i.e. Jenkins, Octopus)
- 2+ years of experience in build, testing, and deploying code to run on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- 2+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- 1+ years of experience working with RDBMS databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Postgress)
