About the role
- Partner with teams to find opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Research and implement technical solutions (AI tools, internal apps, ETL, custom code, etc.)
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from many different sources
- Present findings clearly to internal and external partners
- Create documentation for all technical solutions
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support performance and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- 2+ years experience with:
- Microsoft Office
- SQL and relational databases (MSSQL, DB2, Teradata, Snowflake)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- APIs (REST, SOAP)
- ETL tools and processes
- Data extraction and analysis
- Project management
