  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and value-driven partnerships.
  • Evaluate product performance in terms of revenue, cost, and operational efficiency, tying decisions to business outcomes.
  • Lead adoption strategies and provide user support for new features and solutions.
  • Mentor peers in execution best practices and optimize workflows for scalability and impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a technical product owner or other engineering disciplines with focus around building technical products and services.
  • 7+ years of experience in leading and/or collaborating with technical product teams using Agile framework.
  • 7+ years of experience with large-scale modernization programs in technical capacity.
  • 5+ years of technical experience with software development, solution architecture, and ability to adapt to current and emerging technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience with product strategy, product delivery, backlog management, authoring user stories.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare payor industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in Member Enrollment and Eligibility products for Healthcare payor industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in JIRA or similar Agile delivery lifecycle management tool.
  • Agile Certification and/or product owner certification.
