- Lead resolution of critical production incidents for enterprise integration systems
- Own root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes

Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years working with REST APIs, microservices, and infrastructure
- Hands-on production support experience for enterprise applications
- 1+ year of experience implementing monitoring and alerting tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or Grafana
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes and tools including ServiceNow
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
