About the role
- Contribute to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of pharmacy products or services
- Conduct market research and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Design user experiences and oversee the product development lifecycle
- Perform usability studies on pharmacy applications
- Ensure compliance of enhancements with regulatory standards
- Host sessions to gain feedback from store team members
- Collaborate internally on design proposals and workflows
- Lead collaboration efforts with designers on high priority projects
- Assist in enhancing/designing applications for pharmacy colleagues
- Work closely with Digital & Data Transformation leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience as CVS Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Ability to learn/utilize design applications such as Figma, Photoshop, etc.
- Ability to learn/utilize Microsoft Teams applications such as Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Ability to learn/utilize video recording software and break down colleague feedback
