About the role
- Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and address implementation issues
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance program installation
- Mediate and coordinate resolution of project deliverables and implementation issues
- Develop and execute implementation strategy
- Collaborate on review and development of recommendations for complex account and benefit structures
- Solicit and assess customer feedback to enhance quality improvement
- Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to products and workflows
- Provide consultative support for administrative efficiencies
- Lead initiatives for implementation tools and resources
- Participate in the development and introduction of new products
- Mentor and coach new/junior staff members
Requirements
- 5 years in depth knowledge of healthcare industry experience
- Project management and leadership experience
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations
- Experience interacting with various levels of the organization to effectively influence others and achieve optimal results
- Proficient in Microsoft (pivot tools, excel, PP presentations)
