About the role
- Provide support and service to the behavioral health clinical autism teams
- Process and record receipt of clinical requests and assign for review
- Facilitate follow-up calls for additional information from providers
- Assist clinical staff in locating services for members through provider searches
- Provide information to clinical staff regarding results of provider or resource searches
- Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets
- Submit PIN requests for providers not listed in the system
- Assign cases to clinicians
- Collaborate with clinical staff on administrative processes
- Forward documents to be attached to clinical cases
- Create new cases based on new requests
- May participate in reporting or data collection with projects
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) working with Behavioral Health
- Required to use a residential broadband service with internet speeds of at least 25 mbps/3 mbps
- Ability to work Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm PST/MST
- Highly proficient in keyboarding skills and working with multiple systems
- Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Medcompass and/or CEC
