About the role
- Oversee the Welcome Team to ensure smooth onboarding for new members
- Act as the first point of contact for new members, providing guidance and support
- Develop and execute engagement strategies for members and colleagues
- Manage the “Making Moments” program, including sending personalized cards and communications to members
- Monitor community engagement activities and report on impact and outcomes
- Track engagement metrics and provide regular reports on member experience and program effectiveness
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Support new AI-driven initiatives and ensure successful implementation across engagement processes
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize engagement through automation and personalization
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Familiarity with engagement strategies, reporting tools, and emerging technologies (AI experience preferred)
