Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
Drive project prioritization based on business need, ROI, and leadership input.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Ensure documentation of project requirements, decisions, and lessons learned for future reference.
Serve as a transformational leader, stewarding resources and influencing outcomes without direct authority over all team members.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
Expertise in Asana.
Industry-standard project management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent ).
