About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment with Mental Well-being’s strategic objectives, timelines, and resources.
  • Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
  • Drive project prioritization based on business need, ROI, and leadership input.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams.
  • Ensure documentation of project requirements, decisions, and lessons learned for future reference.
  • Serve as a transformational leader, stewarding resources and influencing outcomes without direct authority over all team members.
  • Apply best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) as appropriate for each initiative.
  • Servant leadership mindset, humility, and a commitment to driving team success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and partnership skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
  • Expertise in Asana.
  • Industry-standard project management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent ).
