- Identify business opportunities through data-driven insights and develop high-impact analytical solutions
- Independently explore data and create a structured analytical work plan to derive meaningful insights
- Execute and analyze hypotheses to pinpoint factors contributing to forecasting errors
- Communicate analytical solutions and results through compelling narratives and visualizations
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in prescriptive and descriptive analytics, statistics, or a related field
- Proven ability to effectively conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas) with 2+ years of professional experience
- Strong statistical and analytical background with hands-on experience in experimental design and ROI analysis
- Skilled in exploring various data sources and systems to diagnose root causes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the PBM industry and/or management consulting is a plus
- Proficiency in Tableau is advantageous
