About the role

  • Provide program/project oversight, day-to-day management, leadership, direction, and administration across the full project lifecycle
  • Manage team/stakeholder expectations and engagement through clear communication of roles and responsibilities and regular status updates
  • Manage the Portfolio Delivery Quickbase applications
  • Oversee the work of other Project Managers and provide timely, written feedback on project and performance reviews
  • Deliver all assigned projects in full compliance with CVS Health standards and as documented in formal project requirements
  • Manage the Portfolio Delivery Quickbase application backlog, building new applications, tables, reports, and integration with applications as needed

Requirements

  • 7+ years successful Program/Project Management of medium to large scale strategic programs and projects
  • 2+ years building database and queries
  • Deep understanding of project methodologies such as Agile, etc.
  • 2+ years experience building Quickbase applications
  • Experience with other project management tools such as MS Project, Service Now, Planview, Airtable, Asana, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft O365 skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple teams, delegating work, and ensuring team efficiency
  • Project Management certification
  • Health care, insurance, or pharmacy experience is a plus
