Translate complex concepts and processes into compelling, easy-to-follow design
Conduct UX research and champion data science to understand user behaviors
Create content and design ecosystems for multiple channels, devices and touch points
Drive collaboration with designers, product managers and diverse business stakeholders
Lead other content designers in developing user stories and providing guidance on priorities
Take part in crits and own content reviews and iterations across stakeholders

Requirements

Extensive experience with design software (Figma, Airtable, Miro)
Experience collaborating across disciplines (design, design ops, research and usability, accessibility, product managers and engineering)
Experience in working with and improving business requirements
Comfortable with UX and Usability terminology, taxonomies and practices, including Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design methods
Knowledge of inventories and audits, content frameworks, competitive analysis and mapping
Strong collaboration and compromise skills, advocacy for the user
5+ years experience in UX writing, UX Design or Content Design (Preferred)
2+ years experience with Agile and lean UX/software development practices
2+ years in web and app experiences
Familiarity with enterprise content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful or similar
Portfolio should include work on digital products and/or services, service design or human-centered designs
Bachelor or master's degree preferred in the field of Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Technical Writing, English or Journalism
