About the role
- Facilitate and guide agile teams in delivering high-quality products
- Plan, coordinate, and direct team activities
- Ensure impediments are identified and resolved promptly
- Foster collaboration and effective communication
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
- Promote self-organization and drive continuous improvement
- Leverage metrics to monitor team performance
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 3-4 years as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe)
- Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution
- Proficient in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Confluence)
- Solid understanding of metrics and reporting for team performance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred
- Experience working in scaled agile environments preferred
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
