About the role

  • Supports the Enrollment Communications Manager role on our Aetna Voluntary Enrollment Communications & Services team.
  • Assists with the work and deliverables of multiple enrollment communications campaigns for new and existing customers.
  • Develops and maintains a communication toolkit used to provide education to members and potential members of Aetna Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Plans.
  • Helps drive participation in those plans through the development of strategic enrollment communications plans.
  • Supports initial enrollment and ongoing communication needs.
  • Works on special projects throughout the year.
  • Internally collaborates with partners in sales, implementation, and account management, and externally with customers and consultants.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience related to marketing and/or project management or relatable experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting project milestones.
  • Technology experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum 2 years' knowledge and experience in graphic design.
  • Technology experience with Salesforce.com, InDesign.
  • Digital marketing and AI technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education.
