About the role

  • Responsible for consistently monitoring appeal cases
  • Using appeal approved policies, workflows, e-policies, and manuals for all resolution teams and products
  • Managing records in a QuickBase database each month

Requirements

  • 2+ years Medicare Appeals background
  • 2+ years Fast Track appeals experience required
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of CMS guidance
  • Knowledge of Appeals Job Aids/workflows
  • Strong Communication skills
