About the role
- Responsible for consistently monitoring appeal cases
- Using appeal approved policies, workflows, e-policies, and manuals for all resolution teams and products
- Managing records in a QuickBase database each month
Requirements
- 2+ years Medicare Appeals background
- 2+ years Fast Track appeals experience required
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of CMS guidance
- Knowledge of Appeals Job Aids/workflows
- Strong Communication skills
