About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational-related matters
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional service
- Analyze complex client needs and assist in developing practical and efficient solutions
- Maintain responsiveness, reliability, and accuracy in service execution
- Respond to client inquiries and escalations, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly
- Maintain consistent communication with internal teams to resolve issues
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, participating in training sessions to improve competencies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client / customer service-based environment or in a previous Account Manager role
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications
- Ability to travel up to 25%
