About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational-related matters
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional service
  • Analyze complex client needs and assist in developing practical and efficient solutions
  • Maintain responsiveness, reliability, and accuracy in service execution
  • Respond to client inquiries and escalations, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client / customer service-based environment or in a previous Account Manager role
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Web applications
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
