About the role
- Lead a group of Operations Managers
- Translate regional market strategy into actionable deliverables
- Analyze workload patterns and forecast resource needs
- Monitor and lead strategy on operational performance metrics and KPIs
- Manage direct reports to identify process improvement opportunities
- Address escalated customer or client concerns
- Establish and enforce compliance guidelines and quality control processes
- Drive initiatives and implement process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication across regional operations support teams
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- 7-10 years work experience, to include minimum 2 years of management experience
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Prior healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
- Experience leading remote/hybrid teams (preferred)
- Proficiency utilizing data tools for decision making, including Excel, PowerBI, Google suite, etc. (preferred)
