About the role

  • Support Aetna PEO’s Business Consultation & Account Field teams
  • Manage internal & external business analytics needs including Dashboards automation and ad-hoc data pulls & coordination requests
  • Drive process improvement opportunities in formalized and ad-hoc projects (technology & non-technology alike)
  • Help Aetna Account Field teams & PEOs synthesize information for easy understanding
  • Communicate effectively through frequent presentation development and reporting exhibit creation
  • Research and resolve complex customer issues in tandem with Account Field teams
  • Execute upon assigned team initiatives aimed to evolve the PEO customer & administrator experience

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Medical group insurance experience (with preference for foundational PEO industry knowledge)
  • 1-3 years of Project experience involving data, analytics or technology
  • Ability to manage simultaneous responsibilities and tasks
  • Willingness to work on projects spanning multiple disciplines and partner area functions
  • Interest in using and evolving technology tools for business needs
  • Comfort with developing relationships with colleagues
  • Desire to learn business strategy, planning & execution
  • Analyzing Microsoft Excel workbooks including the use of pivot tables and formulas (with preference for foundational SQL or Google Cloud Platform knowledge)
  • Developing PowerPoints for effective communication
  • Prior customer-facing experience with demonstrated interpersonal skills and servicing successes
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
