About the role
- Develop and execute AI strategies to optimize operations and enhance the overall performance of CVS Specialty Pharmacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement AI solutions that streamline processes and drive cost savings
- Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, identifying opportunities for AI integration and automation
- Provide strategic guidance and consulting expertise to senior leadership, highlighting the potential impact of AI on business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, evaluating their potential application within the pharmacy operations
- Lead and manage a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience leading complex IT projects, including stakeholder management, executive reporting, and budgeting
- Expertise in leveraging technology to transform work processes
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
- Strong knowledge of advanced analytic tools and languages to analyze large datasets and data sources
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, analytics, economics, engineering or related discipline
- Master’s or PhD preferred
