About the role
- Manages and mentors designers in solving complex business challenges while advocating for users
- Executes sketches, user flows, wireframes, and visual designs that illustrate the customer journey
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to hypothesize and track user outcomes over time
- Provides hands-on design management responsibilities and works independently with limited direction
- Provides recommendations and influences strategic decision-making
- Supports Solution - Train within the Digital Experience Design Organization
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in UX, UI or blended UX/UI design
- 5+ years' experience working in Figma and/or other industry-standard design
- 5+ years' experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts to successful market launches
- Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, desktop and other digital experiences
- 3 years of experience mentoring and coaching junior colleagues in design best practices
- Proven ability to improve team process, performance, and culture
- Ability to keep a focus on strategic goals while executing against short-term objectives
- Ability to align team members around the ideal digital experience and gain support and commitment
- Easily adapts to change and encourages challenge of the current state design
- Ability to see ahead of current work and translate future possibilities into breakthrough design strategies
- Experience working within an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology as a development process
