About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for senior leaders working closely with the Benefits team to ensure a seamless and high-quality Aetna experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for member service inquiries
  • Liaising with healthcare providers
  • Submitting and tracking out-of-network claims
  • Managing administrative processes such as pre-authorizations and pre-certifications
  • Assisting members in locating providers and scheduling appointments
  • Function as a subject matter expert on the employer’s Aetna medical plan
  • Track, analyze, and create reports on service utilization, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with account team members and cross-functional partners to resolve complex product or service issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to maintain a high level of service quality and knowledge

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of client management experience within the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated experience as a polished, concise, and professional communicator
  • Multi-functional experience, e.g., claim systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
