About the role
- Planning, supervising, and managing multiple large and complex projects in collaboration with project team members and stakeholders
- Delivering project solutions within defined constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost
- Providing leadership and maintaining robust project management tools and practices
- Leading proposal efforts, including project scoping, prioritization, and identification of all stakeholders
- Developing and managing scope change control processes
- Completing project charters and obtaining necessary approvals from all stakeholders
- Identifying and managing risks associated with projects
- Enforcing project standards across teams and performing project reviews
- Building cohesive project plans by engaging input from others
- Establishing and overseeing project expenditures and budgets
- Communicating relevant project information across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in managed care
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft software/tools
- Residence in Louisiana
