About the role
- Analyze and synthesize multiple sources of customer/member feedback
- Identify trends, recommend and implement actions to improve stakeholder experience and business performance
- Communicate findings and drive alignment with business partners and Field teams
- Lead engagement with Government Affairs, Legal and Compliance stakeholders
- Track progress on action items and ensure follow-through
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management (commercial health insurance experience preferred)
- Experience in business consulting, customer experience or health plan operations
- Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
