About the role
- Act in the role of project facilitator working with internal partners across departments
- Responsible for facilitating, defining, documenting business requirement for Plan Automation
- Deliver key functionality geared toward operational efficiencies in the Benefit Set Up, Benefit Design, and implementation
- Work with internal partners on the automation approach that will drive efficiencies and deliver maximum benefits to Clients
- Collaborate with internal Benefits and IT Teams and make key decisions regarding plan design architecture
- Measure success by ability to effectively communicate and partner with key partners and take projects across the finish line
- Operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RxClaim adjudication functionality and plan design
- Healthcare/PBM experience strongly desired
- RxClaim System Experience
- Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing Experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Knowledge
- Dynamic individual that thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment that is client centric
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently by applying sound judgment based on business principles and supporting data facts
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
