About the role
- Drives alignment across the multiple “product lines” (i.e. product towers) in ISTS in collaboration with tower product teams.
- Partners with tower engineering executives, strategy teams and finance to support product line investments and priorities.
- Creates unified product roadmaps and product catalogs across ISTS towers.
- Connects the unified roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to business priorities, objectives and key results, and strategic programs.
- Drives common operational processes and use of common tools across multiple tower product teams.
- Defines and revises Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), aligned to business objectives, for the unified product catalog to highlight critical metrics, socialize progress, and consistently reinforces strategic intent.
- Collaborates with tower product teams to deeply understand their product strategies, customer problems and outcomes in those teams.
- Develops relationships with key stakeholders across the DDAT organization to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment of the cross-tower product strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years required experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Consulting, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years required experience specifically as a Product Management leader
- Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment
- Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
- Expertise in infrastructure and security
- Prior experience managing a team of product managers/owners
