About the role
- Lead the execution of internal projects and workstreams within the Member Journey Orchestration Center of Excellence, from initiation through successful delivery
- Act as the primary lead for cross functional workstreams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business strategy and member engagement objectives
- Leverage project management methodologies to ensure each workstream and assigned project has clearly defined objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocations, funding needs, risk assessments and executive ready updates
- Leverage comprehensive member and operational data to tailor insights and updates for executive decision-making in an easily understandable and compelling format
- Proactively identify gaps and adapt project plans to ensure alignment with evolving business objectives while reinforcing organizational standards and best practices
- Apply highly developed knowledge of financial management principles to manage cost estimation, tracking, and budget reporting for programs and projects
- Coordinate cross-business knowledge sharing to highlight success stories and improve project and program management practices through insights
- Develop and maintain a continuous improvement plan for the project and program department to enhance delivery processes and outcomes
- Design and execute change management protocols that drive stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies to effectively respond to obstacles that may arise during project and program lifecycles
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior-level role preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of member engagement strategies, with practical experience in healthcare or insurer environments
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple high-impact programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, if necessary
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and continuous improvement through strategic initiatives
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Loop, MIRO)
