About the role
- Strategically manage the end-to-end relationship with OTCHS Business stakeholders, Design, and Technology teams
- Partner with the Business to define their multi-year digital strategy, translating their business needs into scalable digital solutions
- Partner with technical and design leads to define best-in-class customer experience
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the full lifecycle of solution development and delivery
- Be a digital product SME and champion for customers as you navigate multiple cross-enterprise stakeholders and negotiate competing priorities
- Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stakeholder initiatives
- Leverage data and analytics to inform discussions
- Identify potential areas with highly complex or critical interdependencies and ensure the right system is in place to solve
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing in a digital environment
- Proven history of collaboration and leading complex projects involving multiple cross-functional groups
- Excels at time management and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders autonomously
- Persistent despite obstacles; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- 7+ years of experience with MS Office Suite Programs
- 7+ years of experience synthesizing input from multiple sources and providing cohesive direction
- Comfortable understanding and applying data to define solutions
- Ability to be a critical thinker and make decisions on product launches
- 7+ years of Stakeholder management experience with proven ability to influence
- Good business acumen and professional communication skills
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience with collaborating and presenting in an executive environment
- Up to 10% travel annually and must be able to work east coast business hours
