About the role

  • Lead development of a series of customized GenAI solutions for CVS Health
  • Build scalable, production-grade systems using Python and modern frameworks
  • Focus on generative AI applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents
  • Work consultatively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present results
  • Collaborate in a dynamic, agile environment and mentor junior team members as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ year of coding experience (Preferably Python)
  • 3+ years of experience in backend systems (FastAPI experience is a plus)
  • Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent-based systems)
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in agile settings
  • Ability to work consultatively with junior stakeholders, clarify needs, and communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Familiarity with healthcare (PBM / insurance) domains (preferred)
  • Familiarity with B2B sales process (preferred)
  • Experience integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise workflows (preferred)
  • Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.) (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
