About the role
- Own end to end implementation of eConsult program initiatives
- Establish effective interpersonal relationships with client personnel
- Promote user participation in RubiconMD’s platform
- Onboard end users to the platform
- Increase eConsult utilization using clinician engagement tactics
- Identify opportunities for programmatic eConsult use cases
- Aggregate client feedback to inform product roadmaps
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver upon client requests
- Serve as the voice of the user in solutions with internal teams
- Utilize RubiconMD’s reporting suite to derive client insights
- 10% travel to client/clinic sites as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of project or program management experience
- 2+ years of experience directly working with primary care clinicians
- Understanding of best practice primary care workflows
- Passion for inspiring clinician behavior change
- Client-facing experience is preferred
- Strategic approach with detailed execution skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
