About the role
- Own and manage the full-cycle sales process for targeted foodservice distributor accounts
- Execute a targeted account strategy for high-value distributors
- Prospect and develop new opportunities through various channels
- Conduct outcome-based discovery to identify distributor goals and challenges
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations
- Use outcome-based selling techniques to build business cases
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead quality
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Requirements
- 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Strong understanding of foodservice distribution landscape
- Exceptional communication, discovery, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead outcome-based sales conversations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce)
