About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business and technical requirements to design, develop, and implement software solutions that support organizational operations and objectives.
Develop, test, debug, and maintain custom applications, scripts, interfaces, and system integrations using approved programming languages and development tools.
Collaborate with end users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to identify system improvements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, process flows, coding standards, and user procedures.
Support enterprise software systems by monitoring functionality, resolving technical issues, and implementing updates or patches as needed.
Participate in software testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business and security requirements.
Design and maintain database queries, reports, and data integrations to support operational and management reporting needs.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data integrity requirements, and company IT policies during all phases of system development and support.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, developers, and support personnel.
Assist in project planning, system conversions, and deployment activities, including troubleshooting post-implementation issues.
Analyze system performance metrics and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Support change management initiatives by communicating system updates and training users on new functionality and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a systems analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and project management methodologies
Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications
Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, network, and database management
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
