About the role
- Assist Technical Project Managers with tracking, updating, and dissemination of project details
- Monitor overall progress of projects to ensure milestones are on track
- Establish professional relationships with National Account Customers
- Communicate with various stakeholders including customers and contractors
- Coordinate onsite equipment delivery specifics
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience in high volume, fast paced and high pressure work environment
- HVAC and/or construction related experience a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
