Key responsibilities & impact

Build and refine data pipelines for both structured and/or unstructured healthcare data.
Apply AI/ML models to identify patterns, predict trends, and extract meaningful insights from health datasets.
Work with the engineering team to source data and possibly integrate data models into day-to-day analytics.
Create visualizations and reports that translate data into clear stories for clinical and technical stakeholders.

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Python and standard data libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
Technical knowledge & project experience of data collection, model training, inference, and evaluation.
Deep interest in data analytics and a desire to solve challenges specific to the healthcare industry.
Experience with SQL and techniques for handling unstructured data (like NLP).
A proactive attitude and commitment to mission objectives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical issues.
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
