About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders
- Act as a thought leader in leveraging AI and operational best practices
- First point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Map, design, document and execute People processes end to end across the employee life cycle
- Own and administer HR systems and ensure data integrity
- Evaluate and implement new tooling to scale with headcount growth
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements
- Administer compensation cycles and benefits programs
- Support immigration and mobility processes for new hires
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years in People Operations or a generalist HR role
- Experience in building processes from scratch and fixing broken processes
- HRIS ownership and configuration experience
- Familiarity with UK, Netherlands, USA, Germany, Singapore, and Japan's employment law
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize under pressure
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Project management and self-organization expertise
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and change effectively
