About the role
- Lead development of competitive bids and production plans for marine construction projects
- Analyze project schedules and provide insights for operational efficiency
- Calculate production metrics and participate in project reviews
- Prepare survey instructions and coordinate with surveyors
- Develop production strategies and hydraulic calculations
- Provide ongoing support and monitor project production metrics
Requirements
- Experience in marine construction estimating
- Strong technical knowledge in dredging and marine operations
- Ability to analyze project data and produce competitive bids
- Proficient in survey/template coordination
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in marine construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
