About the role
- The Beauty Tech Group (CurrentBody, ZIIP Beauty, Tria Laser, CurrentBody Skin: The Clinic) bringing beauty technology to homes.
- Influencer marketing team drives growth by discovering and managing talent across platforms to increase traffic, awareness and sales.
- Multiple Influencer Marketing Manager roles across territories including the UK, USA and Europe; focus on beauty tech and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Key responsibilities: formulate and implement influencer strategies aligned to brand and sales goals; lead end-to-end campaigns; define KPIs and monitor performance; analyse engagement, conversion and ROI; build and maintain influencer relationships; coach and mentor team members; manage budgets and negotiate contracts; stay updated on industry trends and competitors; collaborate cross-functionally; plan and execute influencer events and product launches.
Requirements
- A strong background in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling successful campaigns within the beauty, wellness, or tech industries.
- Experience in overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and maximising impact.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
- Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a focus on building a high performance culture and driving target achievement.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative and effective campaign strategies that resonate with audiences and drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling pitches and building strong influencer relationships.
- Strong project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
