About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You build, manage and scale Meta & Google campaigns — from campaign structure (CBO/ABO) and budget management to ongoing optimization aimed at lowering cost per lead.
- You analyze KPIs such as CPM, frequency, CTR, CPL & CAC and derive concrete optimization measures.
- You design and optimize high-converting funnels and landing pages — including copywriting and A/B tests.
- You set up clean ad tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI, Tag Manager) and ensure data quality.
- You work closely with our creative team and develop new ad tests and creative ideas based on performance data.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience running Meta Ads (Google Ads is a plus but not required)
- Confident use of funnel builders (Onepage, Perspective, etc.)
- Solid understanding of funnel stages, audience-appropriate messaging and conversion rates
- Experience setting up and verifying pixel tracking
- Strong copywriting skills for funnels and ad copy
- Good communication skills for client interactions
- Advantageous: experience with automations (e.g., Zapier)
