About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Annotate and label medical data (e.g., wound images and clinical data) to train, validate, and continuously improve our AI models, ensuring clinical accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and refine annotation guidelines and quality-control procedures in collaboration with our AI and research teams
  • Review and audit annotated datasets to maintain high data quality and inter-annotator agreement
  • Assist in the design and planning of clinical and preclinical studies together with the founding and research teams
  • Conduct literature research and collect data for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Contribute to scientific communication, including preparing posters and publications
  • Prepare and deliver presentations at internal meetings, conferences, and scientific events
  • Support coordination of communications with study sites, investigators, and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are enrolled in an advanced stage of medical studies
  • You have a good understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and pathophysiology
  • You have experience with, or a strong interest in, data annotation, labeling tools, or structured data entry
  • You have initial experience or a strong interest in artificial intelligence, digital health, or medical technology
  • You are precise, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team
  • You have a good command of English
  • Experience in scientific writing or poster design is a plus
  • You are enthusiastic about medical innovation and improving patient care
