About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise and support the HR Generalist in daily HR functions
- Collaborate with department leaders and management

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred
- Experience in recruiting for professional and/or legal roles is a plus
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and negotiation communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation
- Highly organized working style with an ability to manage time and strong attention to detail
- Technical proficiency with computers, standard business, and HR software (to include working knowledge of Google Suite products and ADP)
