About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide guidance, support, consultation, and referrals to covered employees and dependents
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, including identifying presenting issues, work-life challenges, and risk and safety concerns
  • Develop individualized care plans for each participant's clinical and sub-clinical needs
  • Facilitate referrals and help participants secure appointments for short-term EAP counseling
  • Provide mental health advocacy and navigation for participants needing higher levels of care
  • Assist with referrals to other employer-sponsored health management resources when appropriate
  • Conduct active case management, including treatment plan reviews
  • Follow up with participants to ensure connection to care, program satisfaction, and determine EAP service outcomes and impact
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in compliance with HIPAA, ethical, and departmental guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree in a mental health discipline, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Relevant post-graduate clinical experience
  • Clinical licensure
  • Familiarity and comfort with technology for remote work, including Microsoft Office Suite, contact management systems, web-based software, and soft phone
  • Strong reasoning ability, including collecting data, establishing facts, defining problems, and drawing valid conclusions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment
  • Prior EAP and/or case management experience is a plus
