About the role
- Provide administrative support to the home care management team
- Assist with scheduling PSWs, nurses, and other staff for client visits
- Maintain accurate records, files, and client information
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely follow-up
- Billing, timesheet collection, and data entry tasks
- Assist with onboarding and compliance documentation for staff
- Other administrative duties as required to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
- Previous administrative or office experience (healthcare setting an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling or care management software (an asset, but not required)
