About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow control;
- Issuance of invoices and support for tax routines;
- Support in the monthly accounting close;
- Preparation and analysis of financial reports and revenue metrics;
- Support for process improvements within the department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside in São José dos Campos, SP, or nearby areas;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
- Previous experience in financial routines/operations;
- Excel at intermediate level or above (including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization);
- English at basic level or higher;
- Knowledge of tax routines and accounting concepts;
- Familiarity with financial management systems, ERPs, or BI tools is a plus.
- Organized and attentive to detail;
- Logical reasoning;
- Proactive and eager to learn;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
