About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute and optimize app user acquisition strategies with a focus on sustainable, scalable growth;
Manage campaigns across multiple channels, monitoring key metrics across the entire funnel;
Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and prioritization of initiatives;
Test new approaches, channels and creatives, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement;
Collaborate with teams such as Product, Data, CRO, IT and Commercial to drive performance improvements;
Keep up with trends and developments in digital and mobile marketing;
Support and contribute to the development of more junior team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed;
Experience planning, executing and managing app acquisition campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Native Ads, among others;
Experience with measurement platforms (MMPs);
Knowledge of the specific characteristics of the Android and iOS ecosystems;
Experience with data analysis (Google Analytics or similar tools);
Funnel-oriented mindset and experience optimizing by stage;
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making;
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively;
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
