About the role

  • Create and develop visual communication for Cuponomia's campaigns, projects, and products;
  • Support the company's visual communication and digital marketing strategies;
  • Ensure visual and brand consistency across different user touchpoints;
  • Design assets for social media, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and landing pages;
  • Produce illustrations and edit short-form videos for digital channels;
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop visual materials aligned with business and performance objectives;
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in the visual quality and user experience of the brand's communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Portfolio showing design processes, demonstrating concept development and visual solutions as well as final deliverables;
  • Proficiency with graphic editing and creation tools (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • Experience with Figma;
  • Good written communication and ability to organize work across different teams;
  • Knowledge of basic design principles.
  • **DIFFERENTIALS:**
  • Experience with digital products related to e-commerce or digital marketing;
  • Experience working in companies that use agile methodologies;
  • Familiarity with work and project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira);
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
  • Experience with motion design or editing short videos for social media;
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to design (image generation, creative variations, support for visual creation, and workflow optimization);
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in English.
