About the role

  • Own a product area, accountable for objectives, roadmap and outcomes;
  • Lead the discovery process: user research, data analysis, opportunity mapping and hypothesis validation;
  • Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics — conversion, retention, engagement and revenue — proposing actions based on insights;
  • Define and prioritize initiatives balancing business impact, user experience and technical feasibility;
  • Propose and lead experiments (A/B tests and others) to validate hypotheses before scaling solutions;
  • Build and clearly communicate the squad’s roadmap, linking initiatives to strategic objectives;
  • Align requirements and expectations across business, technology, design and external partners;
  • Oversee feature development with the technical team, ensuring clear scope, acceptance criteria and goals;
  • Influence decisions beyond the squad, contributing to the product vision across the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed);
  • Strong experience in managing digital products;
  • Ability to run discovery autonomously: interviews, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and hypothesis definition;
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude or similar);
  • Familiarity with collaboration and management tools (Jira, Notion, Miro, Figma);
  • Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management in high-velocity environments;
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and ambiguity.
