About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end design process: discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and support during implementation;
  • Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the Design System, ensuring visual and interaction coherence across products;
  • Collaborate in developing personas, journeys, and opportunity mapping together with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Translate business strategy and research insights into well-founded design decisions;
  • Actively participate in product rituals (refinements, reviews, retrospectives), acting as a representative voice for the user;
  • Propose continuous improvements to the user experience based on data, feedback, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Solid experience in Product Design, with a portfolio demonstrating work on complex digital products (web and/or mobile);
  • Strong UX and UI skills: information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity design;
  • Experience with Figma and similar tools, plus knowledge of user research methodologies;
  • Ability to articulate and defend design decisions based on data, heuristics, and usability principles;
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and able to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities;
  • Experience with e-commerce products, marketplaces, or digital performance products;
  • Experience working with Design Systems at scale;
  • Knowledge of product metrics and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data;
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to design;
  • Experience with digital accessibility and inclusive design.
