About the role

  • Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable;
  • Bank reconciliations and cash flow control;
  • Issuance of invoices and support for tax routines;
  • Support in the monthly accounting close;
  • Preparation and analysis of financial reports and revenue KPIs;
  • Support in improving the department's processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in São José dos Campos, SP or nearby areas;
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
  • Previous experience in financial operations;
  • Intermediate or higher Excel (including formulas, pivot tables and data organization);
  • Intermediate or higher English;
  • Knowledge of tax routines and accounting concepts;
  • Familiarity with financial management systems, ERPs or BI tools is a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Strong logical/analytical thinking;
  • Proactive with a willingness to learn;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
