Own the product end-to-end: product vision, roadmap, execution, growth, and team.
Report directly to the CEO of Ergonia Labs.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Grow into leading the venture as an independent entity as the product scales.
Have experience from relevant backgrounds such as DeFi protocols or crypto trading desks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

What matters:
- Deep understanding of binary options, prediction markets, or short-duration derivatives, either as a builder, a trader, or both.
- Ability to think in terms of market microstructure: order books, spreads, volatility, Greeks, pricing. You don’t need to be a quant, but you need to reason about these concepts fluently enough to make product decisions.
- Comfort operating at the intersection of product, growth, and business. This is a GM role with a product title.
- Experience with Solana or EVM-based DeFi protocols.
