About the role

  • Sales professional responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients in the hospitality market (HoReCa), prospecting and securing new key accounts, ensuring targets, customer experience and the company’s strategic objectives are met.
  • Plan and execute strategies for each assigned account
  • Implement pricing policies for clients and manufacturers
  • Map opportunities and client decision-makers
  • Maintain the CRM
  • Manage the sales funnel
  • Prospect, send proposals and conduct client visits
  • Liaise with pre-sales and post-sales teams
  • Coordinate with internal operations, legal and finance teams
  • Prospect new key accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related field
  • Experience in sales/commercial roles within hotel chains and resorts
  • Experience in negotiations to prospect and manage strategic accounts, identify business opportunities and strengthen relationships with hospitality clients to drive growth and retention
  • Willingness to travel
  • English proficiency is a plus
