About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for processing of goods inbound, ensuring counts and paperwork are accurate.
Accurate receipt of stock goods and put-away of stock after receipt.
Confirm receipts after checking all records are accurate.
Prompt reporting of Goods In discrepancies via the correct channels.
Receipting to QC HOLD of returned or rejected goods with all returns reported in the correct manner.
Recommend staff training requirements.
Delegate cleaning duties to Goods In staff to ensure a clean working environment.
Ensure proper handover of outgoing shift to incoming shift.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
Must have a high level of knowledge regarding our WMS system.
Be able to adapt and handle pressure of heavy inbound deliveries.
Show excellent leadership within the team and lead by example.
Be able to train and coach staff with new skills in Goods In.
Show high levels of motivation within the team.
Must be a very good communicator within the area and other areas of the business.
